Take EXIT 19 and right off of the ramp onto East Route 254 (Aviation Road)
Follow Aviation Road (it changes to Quaker Road after it intersects Route 9), through several intersections. Approximately 2 miles after the road changes from four lanes to two, take a right on Dix Avenue (a Hess station will be on your right).
Go about 1/4 mile and take a left into the Glens Falls Technical Park (you will see a Navilyst Medical sign)
